On my way to work .......

Once upon a time, there lived a software engineer whose name was James. He developed keen interest towards management sciences and a host of other arts which require one's intellectual abilities and creativity. He believed that work is workship provided the worker enjoys his work, because doing a work is a sort of laya which takes the worker towards higher material and spiritual planes.

Though James never wanted to join the software field,Mrs.Fate had her own plans. James thought he could pursue his ideal job after gaining some work experience and so he joins a medium-size IT company.There, James quickly gains acquaintance with the people, obsolete technologies,the laborious and brain-draining work process and the unusual politics that got imbedded in the minds of people at his work place. Though, he had a good knowledge of the insider stories of his work place, James prefers to be a bystander. After working or rather struggling for a couple of years James had to face the wrath of his boss. His boss wanted James to work in some good old technology and James rejects it flatly. James begins to hate his work and the work culture, so he decides to quit his job hoping that he would find a better job that would suit his taste. He gets prepared mentally for the impending job change.

And so he starts searching for a new job. Will James be able to find the job? If he does, will that be a better job than the last one?
